E-Commerce Shipping Integration and Region-Based Pricing
How does shipping work in Esoltec? In Esoltec, you connect the carrier with your own account; today you can connect Yurtiçi Kargo and FedEx. You set shipping rates by defining regions, each with a flat rate or a rate based on cart total, weight or desi, and you set the free shipping threshold on the same screen. “Create Shipment” on the order details creates the shipment at the carrier and gets the tracking number; the order becomes Shipped and the buyer receives an email.

What you can do in the panel
Pricing by region
On the Sales › Shipping Settings › Pricing screen, you define regions and enter a rate for each one: flat, or based on cart total, weight or desi. For free shipping, you either give the tier above the threshold a price of 0 TL in a cart-total rate, or set up a Free Shipping campaign.
Negotiated shipping rates
You use your own agreement with the carrier and pay the shipping cost to the carrier. You set the fee charged to customers with your own rates based on that agreement; the fee is not queried from the carrier.
Tracking numbers reach the buyer
With a connected carrier, “Create Shipment” creates the shipment and gets the tracking number from the carrier; without one, you enter the number on the order detail page yourself. When the order is Shipped, the buyer is sent a notification email; the number stays in the order history.
Providers you can connect today
Only providers you can connect from the admin panel with your own account are listed.

The carriers you can connect from the admin panel today are Yurtiçi Kargo and FedEx. When a new carrier becomes available to connect, it is added to the list on this page by name.
How do I set the shipping fee?
With region-based pricing. For each region, you define a rate that is flat or based on cart total, weight or volumetric weight (desi); you can work out in advance what to charge with our desi calculator and shipping cost calculator (both in Turkish).
How do tracking numbers and shipping labels work in the admin panel?
With a connected Yurtiçi Kargo or FedEx account, “Create Shipment” on the order detail page creates the shipment at the carrier and gets the tracking number; without one, you enter the number yourself. When the order is Shipped, the buyer gets an email. You print an A6 shipping label from the Shipping Info tab; with FedEx, the label comes from FedEx as PDF or ZPL.
Where does the customer track their shipment?
When the order status is set to Shipped, the buyer receives an email containing the tracking number. To look up the number on the carrier's site, you can also use our free shipment tracking tool (in Turkish).
