FedEx Integration: International Shipments and Labels

What does Esoltec's FedEx integration do? Esoltec's FedEx integration lets you create shipments from the admin panel with your FedEx account. You enter your API Key, Secret Key and FedEx account number in Sales › Shipping Settings › Carriers; with “Create Shipment” on the order detail, the shipment is created at FedEx and the label arrives as PDF, ZPL or PNG. Customs data and a commercial invoice are added to shipments to recipients outside the EU.

What you can do

  • Creating shipments: for an order that is Confirmed or Processing, “Create Shipment” creates the shipment at FedEx; the order becomes “Shipped” and the customer gets a shipping email.

  • Label: the FedEx label arrives as PDF, ZPL or PNG (4×6) and appears on the order detail.

  • Customs: for recipients outside the EU, customs data with the product's HS code and country of origin and a commercial invoice are added; you choose who pays duties (Incoterms) in the settings.

  • Cancelling: you cancel the shipment from the panel; if the order is cancelled, the shipment is cancelled too.

  • Test mode: works with FedEx's sandbox; test and live details are entered separately.
