How much does Esoltec cost? Esoltec has three plans: Starter at ₺40,000 a year, Professional at ₺80,000 and Enterprise at ₺120,000; VAT is added, and payment is collected annually, in advance. The plans differ in how many marketplaces and invoicing providers you can connect, in support channels and in some marketing notifications. There is no setup fee and no per-product fee; every plan can be tried free for 1 week, and you are not asked for credit card details at sign-up.
The monthly amount is the annual price divided by 12; payment is collected annually, in advance.

Payment and billing terms
The amounts in the table exclude VAT; 20% VAT is added to the invoice as a separate line.
- The 1-week free trial covers all plans; you are not asked for credit card details at sign-up, and there is no automatic charge when the trial ends.
- Payment is collected annually, in advance. The subscription does not renew automatically at the end of the term.
- There is no setup fee and no extra fee per product.
- Virtual POS commission is not included in the plan price; it is paid per transaction, according to your agreement with the payment provider you work with.
- The domain name fee is not included in the plan price.
- An e-archive invoice is issued at the start of the term. The right of withdrawal and refund conditions are set out in the agreement, under Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation.

I don't have technical knowledge. Who does the setup?
Setup is automatic: enter your store name and email, verify your email address, and your store is set up. All you need to do is choose a template, add your colors and logo, and connect your payment and shipping accounts from the admin panel; you don't need to write any code.
What exactly does "its own database" mean?
Every esoltec store runs on a database dedicated to that store. Your product, customer and order data is not kept in the same database as other stores' data.
Which integrations are supported?
Here are the integrations you can connect from the admin panel today. Marketplaces: Trendyol. Shipping: Yurtiçi Kargo and FedEx. Payments: iyzico, PayTR, VakıfBank, PayPal and MoneyPay. Invoicing: Paraşüt. For payments and shipping, you use your own account and API credentials; when a new integration is added, this list is updated too.
Can I export my data?
You can export your product catalog and stock list from the admin panel as an Excel file. To transfer your customer and order data, you can write to our support team.
How does the free trial work?
When you complete your sign-up, a one-week free trial starts and the features in the admin panel are enabled. You are not asked for credit card details, and there is no automatic charge when the trial ends.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. When you choose your plan in the Package & Subscription section of the admin panel and complete the payment, your new plan starts; your store and data are preserved as they are.
What happens when the trial ends?
When the trial ends, you can no longer make changes in the admin panel, and your storefront closes to visitors; your data is preserved. When you choose a plan in the Package & Subscription section of the admin panel and complete the payment, your store picks up where it left off.
How do refunds and the right of withdrawal work?
The right of withdrawal and refund conditions are set out in the agreement, under Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation. For cancellation and withdrawal requests, you can write to our support team.
Who owns my data?
The product, customer and order data in your store belongs to you. esoltec processes this data on your behalf, as a data processor.
